I have been working on this for many years in different forms, traveling around the world, working with a Shaman from Perú, and studying spiritual healing.
My recent retreat in the Amazon was more than a physical or emotional cleanse. It was a spiritual reawakening that allowed me to reconnect with myself on a deeper level reestablishing that my true worth is not based on my roles, my practice, or my relationships.

Meet Dr. Doni:
I’m a naturopathic doctor, certified professional midwife, certified nutrition specialist, leading expert in stress and epigenetics, and bestselling author of Master Your Stress, Reset Your Health. I have a doctorate degree from Bastyr University and I’m a female trail blazer who has been studying stress and health optimization for over 25 years.
For more than two decades, I’ve helped thousands of patients around the world achieve wellness and overcome health challenges such as fatigue, anxiety, autoimmunity, fertility, MTHFR, and HPV using natural, holistic methods.
I suffered from migraines for over 20 years, and in the process of solving them, I developed my Stress Recovery Protocol™️, to identify how stress uniquely affects each individual, and how it is possible to recover and become resilient to it, keeping serious health issues at bay.
I bring awareness to the impact of stress on our health and craft personalized strategies that address the whole body and ultimately resolve the underlying causes of distress, so my patients can feel their best, do what they love with ease and enjoy life to the fullest.
